PAYMENT POLICY
Members paying via monthly instalment – The Boost will charge your credit/debit card for the instalment amount each month until you advise us in writing (or by email) to cease doing so, at which time your membership will expire.
Except as otherwise required by law, all of The Boost products and all products offered for sale through The Boost web site are sold “as is,” and any and all warranties, including any warranty implied by law, whether of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, are hereby expressly disclaimed, and any and all liability for incidental and consequential damages is hereby expressly excluded.
If you choose to purchase a coaching or training package with one of our Boost Accredited Trainers, you will be entering in to an agreement directly with your chosen trainer. The Boost works hard to ensure that all Boost Accredited trainers consistently deliver a high standard of service to their customers. If you have any complaints about the service you have received, please contact us via our email account: Ask@TheBoostHealth.com with the heading “COMPLAINT” in the ‘Subject’ bar. The Boost will investigate the matter non-partially. If we conclude that the trainer has not followed protocol, we will make a reasonable effort to ensure you are appropriately compensated by said trainer.
Every Boost Accredited trainer is an independent and authorised distributor of The Boost product range and Herbalife® products. If you purchase any products through the site, you will be assigned your own independent distributor who will take responsibility for your product order and your customer service. Details of your assigned independent distributor will be passed to you after you have placed your order. You may request a specific independent distributor as long as the requested distributor is fully accredited and associated with The Boost. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be granted. If you do not specifically request one of our independent distributors, you will be assigned a distributor that is relatively close to your delivery address as provided upon purchase. If you have any questions or comments about your purchased products or downloads, you should first contact your designated distributor. If you are not satisfied with their response, we recommend you contact The Boost at Ask@TheBoostHealth.com.
REFUND POLICY
Memberships
Monthly Memberships – Please submit cancellation requests via email. All emails to be sent to Ask@TheBoostHealth.com with the heading: “cancel my account” in the subject bar. All cancellation requests must be submitted 24 hours prior to your next billing cycle. We will cease any future charges on your credit / debit card. You will receive cancellation confirmation by email, if you do not receive this please contact us directly to ensure your account has been cancelled. We will not issue a full or partial refund.
Annual Memberships – All annual memberships are non-refundable.
Courses - All courses are non-refundable
Downloads – You have 24 hours to submit your request for a refund. This refund is intended only for those that have purchased the download by mistake or for those whose download was unsuccessful. Upon request for a refund, all downloaded material linked to that refund must be deleted or destroyed. We will respond to this request as quickly as is reasonably possible but we do NOT guarantee that a refund will be issued.
Herbalife Products – Herbalife guarantees the quality of any Product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the Products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our Products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any Product purchased from a Distributor, the customer may request a refund from the Distributor within thirty (30) days from the date the customer receives the Product. The customer will be instructed to return the Product, or the unused portion thereof, to the Distributor from whom the customer purchased the Product. The Distributor must offer the customer a full credit toward the purchase of other Products or a full refund of the purchase price. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain Products and does not apply to any Product intentionally damaged or misused. This guarantee is in addition to the customer’s statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
